Mixed milk and protein powder together and the motor was running extremely slow even though it was fully charged. But other than that it works great

This blender is a champ when it comes to mixing drinks! Just remember not to go overboard with the powder or liquid, or else it might throw a tantrum. Sometimes, if you dump too much powder in the blender bottle, it gets all thick and slow like it’s on a slow-motion mode. You end up giving it a good shake, like trying to wake it up from a deep slumber. But hey, that’s a first-world problem, right? And oh, don’t even get me started on the charging port! Keep that baby dry, or else it goes haywire like there’s no tomorrow. Mine once went bonkers and kept spinning like it had a mind of its own until the battery finally gave up. And guess what? It happened right in the middle of the night! Talk about a blender with a sense of humor!

Got this for my brother for Christmas since he works out all the time and isn’t happy with how his protein powder mixes. He tried this and was pleasantly suprised! He is also one who doesn’t like doing dishes, so this works great with jsut having to drop a little soap and blending and rinsing. He loves it and uses it for all his workout drinks. It gets it mcuh smoother than before.

*Update* In short Excellent Customer Service. Replaced my broken bottle free of charge.In detail, after reading some reviews of the amazing customer service, I reached out to the company via their website rather than returning to Amazon. I received a reply same day directing my to a link with a form to be filled out. I am not as tech savvy as I used to be and had issues filling out the form (me problems). I reached back out to the company with all the requested information via email (including a short video of the base not working) and the issues I was experiencing. Again, within a day, I received a response informing me that a new bottle was on its way, free of charge and no need to return the defective bottle. It arrived today, works perfectly. Highly recommend this product and the service they stand behind.*Original* Was looking for something to blend my protein and landed on this after doing some research. The bottle looks and feels to be of great quality and build. Unfortunately, my bottle arrived with a non working base. When plugged it, the base does a strange patterned random light show. When unplugged, no matter how many times I press the power button or in what sequence, literally nothing happens. I contacted customer service due to the reviews of the great response. I will update this once I am finished with the process.

I didn’t think based on the price that this would be a very good cup, but was surprised when I realized not only was it a good quality cup, it also mixes very well! Definitely recommend this to the gym bros

Been using this for about 5 months now and it still works like new. I use it for my creatine, pre-workout, and protein powder. The mixing “blade” in the bottle is plastic so don’t expect to make any smoothies with this.
